The fabric on my folding arm awning had been deteriorating for years, and after reaching out to five different companies - most of whom either never responded or else gave me outrageously expensive quotes - I finally found Martin and David B from Indoor Outdoor. They were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and within hours of contacting them, my awning had been fully rejuvenated for much less than anticipated. I highly recommend their service!

We are a second time customer of Indoor Outdoor Imports. A friendly and knowledgeable team. Seems natural to them to go the extra-mile. We wanted a special coloured valance trim with extra length, and for the fabric to roll-over the front bar of our new awning - they sourced the fabric and specified changes at no extra cost. Happily travelled the 140km to complete the installation, test it and do a handover. A big thank you - very happy with the outcome.

These guys are just so helpful. Have purchased a couple of bambrellas from them.Umbrellas are fantastic but after years of use needed a bit of fixing up. They repair at a very reasonable cost and even posted a couple of missing screw for nothing. Will never go anywhere else.
