The fabric on my folding arm awning had been deteriorating for years, and after reaching out to five different companies - most of whom either never responded or else gave me outrageously expensive quotes - I finally found Martin and David B from Indoor Outdoor. They were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and within hours of contacting them, my awning had been fully rejuvenated for much less than anticipated. I highly recommend their service!

I came here to buy an outdoor umbrella. Was greeted when i parked the car, and was attended to immediately.Was shown a few umbrellas and it's function and happily purchased one on offer.I highly recommend anyone or business to get their outdoor umbrellas here.Definitely will be back for more.

We are a second time customer of Indoor Outdoor Imports. A friendly and knowledgeable team. Seems natural to them to go the extra-mile. We wanted a special coloured valance trim with extra length, and for the fabric to roll-over the front bar of our new awning - they sourced the fabric and specified changes at no extra cost. Happily travelled the 140km to complete the installation, test it and do a handover. A big thank you - very happy with the outcome.

These guys are just so helpful. Have purchased a couple of bambrellas from them.Umbrellas are fantastic but after years of use needed a bit of fixing up. They repair at a very reasonable cost and even posted a couple of missing screw for nothing. Will never go anywhere else.

Indoor Outdoor Imports are the best, not only did they do an outstanding job installing our awning for our commercial business over a year ago.
